Bumble Bee
Bombus

A tan and black Bumble Bee in Wasatch County, Utah.  It resembles the Eastern Bumble Bee but an expert
on Bugguide.net said it was doubtful.  There it rests until someone can ID it.  The Eastern Bumble Bee is
considered an invasive species in the West.  There was one identified in Trenton, Utah in 2008.  I found
this at Jordanelle Wetlands.  © Carol Davis, 9-14-2008
