Genus Agapostemon
It seems some of the most difficult to photograph, for me, are the metallic green bees. They have those
big beautiful eyes with which to see me sneaking in for a close-up. When I get ready to take
the shot, they snicker and fly the coop. © Carol Davis 7-1-2014
I don't know why this bee on Antelope Island stayed long enough for me to get two shots, but I'm glad
it did. These are some of the most beautiful of bees and can be found in your garden. © Carol Davis 7-1-2014
