(Grapevine spider)


From what I understand this spider is common
in grapevines but I found this female at Bear River
Bird Refuge on some reeds. All jumping spiders
are very beneficial and have excellent vision.
They are not poisonous!


This little male is probably this species, although the Bugguide.net
experts couldn't quite agree. It was so tiny.
