Green Cobweb Spider  (two photos)
Probably immature Enoplognatha ovata
"Candy Stripe Spider"

green Enoplognatha ovata
I first spotted the stink bug behind a leaf and subsequently found the spider attached. These
 two were just hanging
around together at Red Butte Garden, Salt Lake City, but the spider
was having more fun. © Carol Davis 7-25-2013

"Candy Stripe Spiders", if indeed that's what this is, many times appear green or yellow (and will have
rows of tiny black spots) before they turn
white with "candy stripes." You can see a mature
 one
here on another  one of my pages.  The green stripes that you see in the first photo
will eventually turn a bright rose color. © Carol
