The above arrangement of egg sacs is pretty typical of the tiny Metepeira "Desert Orb Weaver" in Utah; however,
this female has really outdone herself in the number of sacs. You can see her hanging out underneath the large
pile. She certainly knows how to preserve the species (and I wonder if she's done yet).  Wikipedia has an
