Bobolinks are grassland birds that are experiencing loss of habitat.  The Heber Valley fields, where they love
to nest in Utah, won't be there long as home-building sweeps up all the free land.  Bobolinks require
high grasses that remain uncut until their young leave the nest.  © Carol Davis, 6-29-2004
